Second Day Fasting Diet Plan For Weight Loss
Morning (7–8 am)
Lukewarm water and lemon or apple cider vinegar
5-6 soaked almonds or walnuts
Breakfast (9–10 am)
Smoothie made from banana and coconut water.
Or a mixed bowl of makhana and fruits.
Afternoon (1–2 pm)
