How to apply for e-voter ID card
Citizens of the country can apply for voter ID card through the official National Voter Service Portal (NVSP) or ECI Net Portal. Apart from this, existing information can also be updated.
First of all you have to visit the official website https://www.nvsp.in.
For new registration click on "Form 6".
Now you have to enter your name, date of birth and address.
After that, necessary documents and passport size photo have to be uploaded.
Now submit the form and note down the reference number for tracking.
For tracking one has to click on “Track Application Status” on the same page.
Now you have to enter your reference number and select your state. Then submit to see the live status.
The applicant will keep getting updates through SMS notifications at every stage from processing to dispatch and delivery.
How to download e-voter ID card
First of all you have to log in to the voter portal .
Then you have to go to the e-EPIC download section.
Now you have to verify through OTP received on the registered mobile number.
You have to enter your EPIC number or Application Reference Number.
Also you have to select your state and click on search.
You can download your e-Voter ID Card in PDF format.
