China is posing a challenge to every country in the world, especially the United States. According to a report, China's second fifth-generation stealth fighter aircraft is being unveiled for the first time at the country's largest air show. This will be a major highlight of the event. Furthermore, China will become the second country in the world, after the United States, to possess more than one fifth-generation fighter jet. According to an NDTV report , the Shenyang J-35 stealth fighter is a twin-engine, single-seat supersonic jet developed for multirole missions. Prior to this, China developed the J-20.
According to the report, this Chinese stealth fighter is essentially a copy of the American F-35. The major difference lies in the engines. The American stealth fighter has a single engine, while China uses twin engines. The J-20, developed by China previously, was similar in design to the US F-22.
China hopes the new fighter will enhance China's capabilities. A report in the Global Times, the mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party, states that the aircraft could enhance the country's integrated combat capabilities.
According to the report, the J-35 performs multiple functions. It is designed to be a superior air force, destroying high-tech enemy aircraft and eliminating the enemy on both land and air.
Where will the J-35 be deployed?
China plans to incorporate this aircraft into its Navy, in addition to its Air Force. China's plans aren't limited to this. Earlier this year, China conducted sea trials of its largest and heaviest aircraft carrier, the Fujian. This aircraft weighs over 80,000 tons. It also features an aircraft launch system, currently used only by the United States.
