New Japanese restaurant with izakaya concept is here in Jakarta

The Boga Group company will present a new Sushi Kaiyo restaurant that carries the izakaya concept at Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, on December 16, 2021.

For a more authentic taste, chefs from Sakura Country are brought in directly to serve Japanese food and drinks.

A variety of fresh sushi and sashimi inspired by the earth, wind and sea will be present creatively in Sushi Kaiyo's signature menu. Not only that, various Japanese fire-inspired grills such as Yakitori and Aburi will also be present.

"Sushi Kaiyo also presents Izakaya, a place where you can relax and unwind accompanied by a variety of delicious cocktails and mocktails," said the founder and President Director of Boga Group, Kusnadi Rahardja, quoted from an official broadcast on Friday.

Sushi Kaiyo will come with a beautiful interior concept. Taking the Japanese Scandinavian (Japandi) theme, Sushi Kaiyo is rich in minimalist and clean interior corners, a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian styles.

"Earth, Wind & Sea and Fire are our sources of inspiration at Sushi Kaiyo. From food & drinks to interior ambiance, you will find many memorable surprises inspired by these elements," he continued.

This restaurant will be inaugurated at Main Lobby 1, Lippo Mall Puri. Kusnadi hopes that this new restaurant will become a favorite place for dining, dating, taking pictures and having fun with friends or family.
