How to create an account in mParivahan app
To keep the required documents in mParivahan app, it is necessary that you have an account in the app and that app should be present in your phone. Therefore, you can download it from Play Store. It is also available on App Store. After this, you will have to create your account on the app. For this, tap on Sign-up. Enter the asked details like state, mobile number, name as written in RC or DL and mPin. After this, enter the OTP received on your mobile number and you will be logged in to the app.

How to add your RC to the mParivahan app:
After entering the mParivahan app, you'll see the options for "My Virtual RC" and "My Virtual DL." Clicking on these options will allow you to add your DL and RC to the app.
Tap My Virtual RC.
Here the app will ask you for some details like vehicle number, chassis number, and engine number, etc. Enter these into the app.
After this, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter it. After verification, your RC will be stored in the mParivahan app.
The app also provides a QR code with the RC details added to it. Traffic police can scan this code to check your RC.
How to link DL to mParivahan app
You have to go to the app and tap on My Virtual DL.
Here you will have to fill your driving license number and date of birth.
After entering your details, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Once verified, your virtual DL will be stored in the Parivahan app and will be visible there.
