To ensure a completely fair and transparent examination, the Bihar Public Service Commission and the state administration have made strict security arrangements. A total of 912 examination centers have been set up in 37 districts across Bihar, where strict vigilance will be maintained.
BPSC exam 2025 : The time has come for the Bihar Public Service Commission's (BPSC) 71st Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination (BPSC Prelims Exam 2025). This prestigious exam is scheduled to be held today, September 13th, across Bihar. A total of 470,000 candidates will be trying their luck this time. This exam is for 1,250 positions. Considering that there are approximately 376 candidates for each position, it's clear that competition is going to be fierce.

Exam Timings and Admission Rules
The exam will be conducted in a single shift from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Candidates will be admitted to the examination center beginning at 9:30 AM. Candidates should note that no one will be allowed to enter the examination center after 11:00 AM. 
Tight security arrangements and administrative monitoring
To ensure the examination is completely fair and transparent, the Bihar Public Service Commission and the state administration have made strict security arrangements. A total of 912 examination centers have been set up in 37 districts across Bihar, where strict vigilance will be maintained. Several senior officials, including the District Magistrate (DM), Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), and Additional District Magistrate (ADM), will be present at the examination centers.
To prevent any irregularities, 95 static magistrates and 37 zonal magistrates have been deployed. Furthermore, police and armed forces personnel will be conducting frequent checks at all examination centers to prevent any unauthorized activity.
