National Rail Inquiry System (NTES) is the official portal of Indian Railways, where passengers can ask questions related to railways. You can check the live status of your train using this portal.

Then you have to select Spot Your Train from the list of options in the panel visible on the left.
Then you have to enter the train name or number in the given space and select the relevant option from the dropdown list.

Through NTES Mobile App
Users can also download the official NTES app for both Android and iOS devices, through which live train status can be checked.
If you do not have NTES app in your phone then you have to install NTES app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Now open NTES app in your phone and click on Spot Your Train.
Then you have to enter your train number or name and tap on show instance.

First of all you have to install RailOne app from Google Play Store or App Store.
You then have to complete the one-time registration using your mobile number and login with the credentials.
Now you have to select Track Your Train option on the home screen.
Then you have to enter the train number or name. For better results, you can also enter the date of travel and travel station.
After that, complete information about the train will appear on the screen. To see the route map in real time, select current movement.
