How to make Momos for fasting (How to Make Upwaas Momo or Fasting momos)

Method-
To make momos for fasting, first, combine the varai and rajgira flour in a large bowl, add water and rock salt as needed. Knead the batter until it's soft. Take another bowl and grate the amla and dates. Now, form a ball from the prepared mixture of varai and rajgira flour and flatten it. Fill it with the date and amla batter. Make pleats on the edges and seal the center. Now, steam it in a pressure cooker or idli steamer for 15-20 minutes. Serve it hot and enjoy your fasting recipe. You can also use cucumber as the stuffing.
