To make the lauki paneer gravy, first finely chop a gourd. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon of ghee. Add the chopped gourd, almonds, cashews, green chilies, and garlic cloves. If desired, you can also add some whole spices to your liking. Now, cook everything for a few minutes.
Next comes the marinating of the paneer. For this, cut the paneer into pieces. Pour fresh yogurt into a bowl, add black pepper, turmeric, salt, and red chili powder, and mix. Add the paneer pieces and mix thoroughly. Add 1 teaspoon of ghee to a pan, add the marinated paneer, and lightly fry. Remove the paneer and set it aside.
