The first rule of a healthy lifestyle is to wake up before sunrise, which provides energy to the body and peace to the mind. Early morning toilets, followed by dantdhavan (cleaning teeth with neem or herbal paste), and jivha-nirlekhan (cleaning the tongue) remove impurities from the body. For mental health, satsang, positive thinking, avoiding anger and stress, and practicing meditation and pranayama are essential.
