Material

1 garlic clove (peel the cloves)

Pure, organic honey

a clean glass jar

Method

1. Peel all the garlic cloves, wash them and dry them.

2. Put them in a glass jar.

3. Pour enough honey on top so that all the cloves are completely submerged. The layer of honey should be about 1 finger thick on top of the garlic.

4. Close the jar and keep it at room temperature for 7 to 10 days.

5. After 7 days, this recipe is ready for consumption.


How and when to take it?

Chew and eat 1 to 2 garlic cloves on an empty stomach in the morning. If you want, you can also take some honey with it. Drink lukewarm water after eating.

Who should not eat it

1. Do not give it to children below 12 years of age.

2. Diabetic patients (avoid it because of honey)

3. If you are taking blood thinner medicines (such as Aspirin, Warfarin), then definitely consult a doctor.
