Ghairullah ke naam ki Qurbani Haram Hai, Hadees “Qurbani ke janwar ke khoon ka pehla qatra girte hi magfirat” ho jati hai ye baat kya sahi hai?, Kya ghair muslim padosi ko Qurbani ka gosht de sakte hain?
Qurbani karna Allah ki ibadat hai aur har qism ki ibadat sirf aur sirf Allah ke liye hi hai.Lekin kuch kam ilm log Allah ke alawa Nabiyo ki jaise ke Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke naam par ya fir waliyon ke naam par Qurbani karte hain jo ke haram aur shirk hai. Jaisa ke Allah Ta’ala Quran me farmata hai..
🔴Farman e ILAHI
*▫🍃”Tum par murda aur (baha hua) khoon aur suwar ka gosht aur har wo cheez jis par Allah ke siwa dusro ka naam pukaara gaya ho haraam hai. ”*
📙(Surah Al-Baqara: 173, Al-Maidah:3, An-An’aam:145)
*▫🍃(Ai Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)” Aap kah dijiye yaqeenan meri namaz meri qurbani mera jeena aur mera marna khalis Allah ke liye hai jo tamam jahaano ka malik hai.”*

📙(Surah Al-Kausar, Ayah:2)
✒In ayaat se saaf pata chalta hai ke qurbani ibadat hai, Allah ne in ayaat me namaz ka zikr karne ke bad qurbani ka zikr kiya jaise namaz ibadat hai waise hi qurbani karna bhi ibadat hai, aur har qism ki ibadat sirf aur sirf Allah ke liye hi honi chahiye.
Alalh Ta’ala farmata hai:
*▫🍃”Aur tumhara Parvardigar saaf saaf hukm de chuka hai ke tum Us (Allah) ke siwa kisi aur ki ibadat na karna.”*

*🔴Ghairullah ke liye zubah karne wale pe LAANAT*
*Ali Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool’Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:“Lanat ho us shaks par jo Ghairullah ke liye zubah karta hai.”*

✒Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne Ghairullah ke naam pe qurbani dene wale pe lanat ki hai kyunki Har wo chiz jo Allah ke liye ki jati hai wo ibadat hai jaise namaz, roza, haj, zakat, sadqa, qurbani waghairah aur in ibadato me Allah ke sath kisi aur ko shareek karna Shirk kahlata hai. Aur Allah Ta’ala shirk karne wale ko nahi bakshta.

*▫🍃”Yaqeen maano ke jo shaks Allah ke saath shareek karta hai, Allah ta’ala ne uspar jannat haraam kardi hai, us ka thikaana jahannam hee hai aur gunehgaaro ki madad karne waala koyi nahi hoga. ”*

Kya ghair muslim padosi ko Qurbani ka gosht de sakte hain?

*Kya Qurbani ke gosht mein ghair muslim padosi ka bhi hissa hai ya nahi?*
*✵Jawaab:✵*
*Musalman ke liye yeh jaaiz hai ki woh apne ghair muslim padosi ki diljoyi aur us ki taleef e qalb k liye use Qurbani ke gosht ka tohfa de, haqq e pados ka bhi yeh taqaza hai aur Shari’at mein is ki mumani’at ki koyi daleel bhi nahi, Allah Taala ke is irshad ke umoom ke mutabiq bhi yeh jaaiz qarar paata hai:*
لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ
*Tarjumah: Jin logon ne tum se deen ke baare mein ladaayi nahi ladi aur tumhein jila watan nahi kiya un ke saath sulook o ehsan karne aur munsifana bhale bartaao karne se Allah Taala tumhein nahi rokta, balki Allah Taala to insaf karne waalon se mohabbat karta hai.*
(Surah Al-Mumtahinah, Surah No: 60 Ayat No: 8)
*Fatwa Committee ki taraf se is masle mein pehle bhi fatwa jaari ho chuka hai (woh fatwa is tarah tha):Hamaare liye yeh jaaiz hai ke hum kisi kafir zimmi aur qaidi ko Qurbani ka gosht khilaayen. Faqr, qarabat, pados ya taleef e qalb ke liye kisi bhi kafir ko Qurbani ka gosht dena jaaiz hai kiunki Qurbani ke janwar ko zabah ya nahar karna to Allah Taala ki ibadat aur us ke taqarrub ke husool ke liye hai aur us ke gosht ke baare mein afzal yeh hai ke ek sulus khud khaaye, ek sulus rishtedaron, padosiyon aur doston ko tohfa de aur ek sulus faqeeron mein sadqa kar de, is mein agar kami beshi ho jaaye ya kisi ek qism mein hi saara gosht khatm kar de to phir bhi koi harj nahi, is mein kafi gunjaish hai albatta kisi harbi kafir ko Qurbani ka gosht nahi dena chaahiye kiunki us ki diljoyi aur hosla-afzayi ke bajaye us ki kamzori aur zillat o ruswaayi maqsood hai.*
*Allah Taala ke is farmaan ke umoom ke pesh e nazar deegar nafli sadqat ke liye bhi yahi hukm hai:*
لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ¤ إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَىٰ إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ
*Tarjumah: Jin logon ne tum se deen ke baare mein ladaayi nahi ladi aur tumhein jila watan nahi kiya un ke saath sulook o ehsan karne aur munsifana bhale bartaao karne se Allah Taala tumhein nahi rokta, balki Allah Taala to insaf karne waalon se mohabbat karta hai. Allah Taala tumhein sirf un logon ki mohabbat se rokta hai jinhon ne tum se deen ke baare mein ladaaiyan ladien aur tumhein shehar se nikaal diye aur shehar se nikaalne walon ki madad ki jo log aise kuffaar se mohabbat karen woh (qat’an) zalim hain.*
(Surah Al-Mumtahinah, Surah No: 60 Ayat No: 8-9)
*Nabi ﷺ ne Asma bint e Abi Bakr Radhiallahu Anha ko yeh hukm diya tha ke woh apni mushrik maa k saath maali taur par sulah rehmi kar sakti hain.*

*Daleel 1-Imam Tabarani Rahimahullah farmate hain: Imran bin Husain Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai woh kehte hain ke Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne farmaya: Aye Fatima! Tum khadi ho aur apni Qurbani (ke janwar) ka mushaahada karo kiunki uske khoon ka pehla qatra girne se tumhaare gunaah jo tum ne kiye hain mu’aaf ho jaayenge aur tum yeh kaho “beshak meri Namaz, meri Qurbani, mera jeena aur mera marna yeh sab khalis Allah hi ke liye hai jo saare jahan ka maalik hai” Imran Radhiallahu Anhu ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ yeh Aap aur Aapki Aal ke liye khaas hai ya aam musalmaano ke liye bhi hai? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Balki tamaam musalmaano ke liye hai.*

*Lehaaza yeh Hadees Abu Hamza Ath-Thumali aur Nazr bin Ismail Al-Bajali ki wajah se Za’eef hai.*
*Tambeeh: Imam Hakim Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko agarche Sahih kaha hai lekin yahan un se sahw huwa hai. Isi liye Allama Zehbi Rahimahullah ne un ka ta’aaqub kiya hai, kehte hain:*
فيه أبو حمزة الثمالي، وهو ضعيف جدا
*Tarjumah: Is ki Sanad mein Abu Hamza Ath-Thumali hai jo ke sakht za’eef hai.*
*Daleel 2-Is Hadees ke do shawahid bhi hain. Un mein se ek Hadees Abu Sa’eed Khudri Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai aur doosri Ali bin Abi Talib Radhiallahu Anhu se lekin dono Ahadees sakht Za’eef hain balki un mein se ek (yani Hadees e Ali) Mauzoo’ hai.*

Hadees e Abi Sa’eed Khudri Radhiallahu Anhu:
Is ko Imam Hakim Rahimahullah ne Mustadrak Hakim: 4/348 (7605) mein, Ibn e Abi Hatim Rahimahullah ne ilal ul Hadees: 4/495 mein aur Imam Uqaili Rahimahullah ne Az-Zu’afaa Al-Kabeer: 2/37 mein «داود بن عبد الحميد عن عمرو بن قيس الملائي عن عطية عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي اللّه عنه» ke tareeq se naqal kiya hai. Hadees ke alfaaz kuch is tarah hain:
عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لِفَاطِمَةَ (عَلَيْهَا الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ): قُومِي إِلَى أُضْحِيَّتِكَ فَاشْهَدِيهَا فَإِنَّ لَكِ بِأَوَّلِ قَطْرَةٍ تَقْطُرُ مِنْ دَمِهَا يُغْفَرُ لَكِ مَا سَلَفَ مِنْ ذُنُوبُكَ، قَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذَا لَنَا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ خَاصَّةً أَوْ لَنَا وَلِلْمُسْلِمِينَ عَامَّةً؟، قَالَ: بَلْ لَنَا وَلِلْمُسْلِمِينَ عَامَّةً
*Tarjumah: Abu Sa’eed Khudri Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi e Akram ﷺ ne farmaya: Aye Fatima! Tum apni Qurbani (ke janwar) ke paas khadi ho jaao aur uska mushaahida karo (yani Qurban hote huwe dekho) kiunki uske khoon ka pehla qatra girte hi tumhaare pichle gunaah mu’aaf ho jaayenge. Fatima Radhiallahu Anha ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ yeh hum Ahl e Bait liye khaas hai ya hamaare aur aam musalmaano ke liye bhi hai? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Balki yeh hamaare aur aam musalmaano ke liye hai.*
*Yeh Hadees bhi Sahih nahi hai. Is ki Sanad mein do illatein hain:*
*➊ Atiyyah. Yeh Ibn e Sa’d Al-Koofi hai. Yeh Za’eef rawi hai.*

*Imam Ibn e Abi Hatim Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ke mutalliq apne waalid e mohtaram Abu Hatim Rahimahullah se poocha to unhone jawaab diya ke yeh Hadees Munkar hai.*

Hadees e Ali Radhiallahu Anhu:
Is ko Abd bin Humaid ne apni Musnad (Al-Muntakhab): 1/119 (78) mein, Imam Baihaqi Rahimahullah ne Sunan Al-Kubra: 19/326 (19190) mein aur Imam Abu Qasim Asbahani Rahimahullah ne At-Targheeb Wat-Tarheeb: 1/241 (355) mein «سعيد بن زيد أخي حماد بن زيد عن عمرو بن خالد عنمحمد بن علي عن آبائه عن علي رضي اللّه عنه» ke tareeq se marfoo’an bayan kiya hai.
*Yeh Hadees is Sanad se Mauzoo’ hai. Kiunki is mein ek rawi Amr bin Khalid (Abu Khalid Al-Qurashi) hai. Is par sakht jirah ki gayi hai. Kayi Muhaddiseen ne ise Kazzab kaha hai.*
