SSC Vacancy 2025: If you have applied for the SSC MTS or Havildar Recruitment 2025, this news is special for you. Millions of candidates are currently awaiting admit cards and exam dates. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had announced the tentative exam dates as September 20th to October 24th, 2025, but the exam cities and admit cards have not yet been released. MTS – 6810 Posts
Havildar – 1211 Posts
Age Limit
The age limit for most of the MTS posts is 18 to 25 years.
The age limit for some posts has been kept from 18 to 27 years.
Selection Process
The selection process for this recruitment will be in two parts – Computer Based Test (CBT) and Physical Efficiency Test (only for Havildar).
Exam Structure
Session-1 (Maths and Reasoning)
Total 40 questions (20 each)
This session will be qualifying only.
For general category, minimum 30% marks are required.
There will be no negative marking in this session.
Session-2 (General Knowledge and English)
Total 50 questions (25 each)
Time limit 45 minutes
The final merit will be prepared from the marks of this session.
1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Physical Examination (For Constable only)
Height for boys: 157.5 cm, Weight: 48 kg
Height for Girls: 152 cm
Men's Running: 1600 Meters in 15 Minutes
Women's Run: 1 Km in 20 minutes

The admit card will be released on the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in. It will contain information such as your exam date, shift timings, exam center, roll number, photo, and signature.
