EPFO members can now check their PF balance and access related information through the DigiLocker app on Android smartphones. How to check EPF balance on DigiLocker:
First of all you have to download DigiLocker app in your phone from Play Store.
After the app is installed on your phone, you need to go to the DigiLocker app.
Then you have to first login/register or create a new account to check EPF balance.
After that you have to link EPFO through Aadhar card and sync your EPFO account.
Once this is done, you then need to go to the EPFO section and access your passbook, UAN card and PPO to view the documents.
Now you can check your PF balance directly in the app and also view transactions.

After that you have to send an SMS in the format EPFOHO UAN to 7738299899. After that you will receive an SMS, which will contain PF balance and other details. Apart from this, members can also check their PF balance through a missed call. To avail this facility, the mobile number should be linked with UAN, Aadhaar, PAN and bank account.
