How to check PF balance through UMANG app:
If you do not have UMANG app in your phone then you can download it from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
First of all you have to open UMANG app in your phone.
After that you have to search EPFO or EPF in the search bar given at the top .
After clicking on EPFO Service, a new menu will open.
Now you have to select 'View Passbook' or 'Check Balance' option from the menu.
Then you have to enter your active UAN and click on submit.
Now the passbooks related to your UAN will appear on the screen. If you have worked in more than one institution, then the information will appear in different passbooks.
How to check PF balance on EPFO portal:
First of all you have to visit the portal of Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
Then you have to click on the For Employees section.
Inside the menu you have to click on Member Passbook.
Now you have to enter your active UAN and then enter the password.
After that you have to login by entering captcha.
After logging in, you can check your PF balance and passbook. If you have clicked on more than one institution, you can check the balance by clicking on each passbook separately.
