Who can apply?
To apply for Ayushman card, your age should be 70 years or more. After this, any person can apply for this card. It is worth noting that this benefit is for everyone and income or socio-economic status does not matter, which is to give benefits to the elderly.
How to apply online:
First of all you have to download the Ayushman app from Google Play Store.
After that login as a beneficiary or operator.
Then you have to enter information like captcha, mobile number and authentication method.
Now you have to enter the state and Aadhaar information of the beneficiary.
If the name is not found, then complete the eKYC process with OTP based consent.
Now you have to submit a declaration form along with the necessary personal information.
Now you have to enter your mobile number and enter the OTP received on it.
Then you have to enter information like category and pin code.
If necessary, enter information about family members.
After verification and approval, download the Ayushman Vaya Vandana card from the app.
