On Thursday, the Israeli army carried out a military parade simulating attacking air and ground targets using tanks, helicopters and drones, with an Arab and international presence.
The show, which lasted for more than an hour, took place at the Tzelim base in the Negev (south), as part of the International Week of Military Modernization and Innovation, which began on Tuesday, with the participation of 22 military delegations from around the world.
Among the attendees was the Inspector General of the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces, Farouk Belkheir, who is on his first official visit to Israel, according to Anatolia.
Among the international participants were the Chairman of the US Army's Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, and the Commander of the US Army's Central Command (CENTCOM), General Michael Corella.
The presentation was also attended by Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz and IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi.
The audience sat on benches under a huge canopy and watched the parade, which included tanks, helicopters, drones, and ground forces.
During the show, inside the Tzelim base, an empty village appeared, similar to the Palestinian and Lebanese villages, where the Israeli army was conducting its training.
In the alleys of the village, the reporter noticed Palestinian flags and pictures on the walls of the late "Hamas" founder Ahmed Yassin and the Secretary-General of "Hezbollah" Hassan Nasrallah.
In the village there is also a model of a mosque and minarets that stand out as an Arab village, in which part of the display took place.
Israeli army spokesman Richard Heatht said in a statement to Anadolu Agency: "It is the first event of this kind that takes place in the presence of an Arab (he did not explain it)."
He added, "The main message is modernization and innovation, modernization in the sense of Israeli technology and cooperation with other armies to build capabilities together."
In response to a question if he sees possibilities for cooperation with Arab armies, Heatht said: "Certainly, I think that Israel can provide a lot of knowledge, tactics, modern technology, drones, air defense and other capabilities that were made in Israel."
The show included army forces storming the village, led by military vehicles under the cover of drones.
Inside the base, the Israeli army set up several large tents where advanced weapons, including drones and personnel carriers, were displayed.
The Israeli army said in a statement: "The participants, from the leaders of armies and military missions, were briefed today on combat capabilities and the stages of managing a battle in the combat field through a multi-dimensional fiery maneuver."
He added that the maneuver "adopted the innovation and modernization required in the modern combat field, in which multiple arms of the army units participated, from marches and war fighters, through artillery and tanks, to the combat engineering corps."
And the statement added: "The operational day included several stations, which briefed the participants on several updates and innovations on how to physically and intellectually rehabilitate the fighters, and the advanced methods that would help the commander in the field as a personal march through the advanced means and industries by displaying new advanced combat methods that contribute to helping the forces from marches." robots, etc.
He continued: "The mechanisms for providing intelligence information, its importance and multi-dimensional defense with the adoption of multi-dimensional strikes and tactical attacks, leading to the embodiment of a maneuver that adopted several stages that shortened the fighting mechanism in the modern combat field."
The statement added, that the fighting mechanism "includes seven stages, starting from multi-dimensional defense and multi-dimensional strikes, and stationing through a multi-dimensional ground entry until the stage of receiving intelligence information, which gives the commander the ability to see the picture of the situation and accordingly the means available to him are used."
The Israeli army also displayed anti-missile systems, including the "Arrow" system, which intercepts long-range and ballistic missiles, the "David's Sling" system, which intercepts medium-range missiles, and the "Iron Dome" system, which intercepts short and medium-range missiles.
According to the army statement, "military educational lectures were conducted by the chiefs of staff and their counterparts from other armies on multidimensional defense, such as multidimensional land access, multidimensional strikes, military spectrum management, and cyber and research."
The statement quoted the commander of the Israeli Artillery Corps, Neri Horowitz, as saying: "We have just concluded the International Military Development and Innovation Week, in which the artillery corps displayed an important number of its capabilities, as part of the modernization phase and the management of future battles."
