The French magazine "amelioretasante" said that green vegetables strengthen the immune system by stimulating the production of lymphocytes in the lining of the digestive system that are essential for intestinal health.
The magazine presented 10 green vegetables that protect us from diseases:
Broccoli
Broccoli is rich in vitamin C and dietary fiber, and contains a low percentage of selenium, which strengthens immunity, protects against respiratory problems and may reduce the risk of some types of cancer.
Cabbage
