Unidentified flying objects return to the fore Is it a hidden ground war or extraterrestrials?
Last December, the US Senate approved plans to create an agency to investigate unidentified flying objects. For several months, the intelligence services and the media have recognized "unidentified weather phenomena" as a reality, while engineers and scientists in France are calling for intensified studies of the phenomenon.
In a report published by the French newspaper "Le Figaro", writer Charles Gaigot said that astronomer Jacques Vallet, 82, held a conference in France, in which he presented to an audience of knowledgeable amateurs his latest research on UFOs.
Jack works in conjunction with Professor Peter Storrock, Professor Emeritus of Applied Physics at Stanford University of American Sciences, who has received several academic awards.
Jack and Peter's work focuses on analyzing samples of UFO wreckage found in the Brazilian city of Ubatuba in 1957. Jack confirmed that "chemical analysis of the material showed that it was made of magnesium in a much purer form than is found in nature," and added, "The Stanford scientific team agreed To work on this forbidden subject, because scientific curiosity applies to everything, and in this way we make the best discoveries.”
Army pilots saw a strange object
Jacques Vallée had a bright future in France, but his obsession with studying UFOs played an important role in his career. Speaking about it, he said, "They made me understand in Paris that my career was completely defined so I changed my major and went to the United States."
Jack moved to California, did his first research on artificial intelligence, then worked on database processing in computer science, and was pursuing his dream of studying UFOs.
Some observers believe that the so-called UFOs are related to the harnessing of nuclear energy, especially since the presence of foreign objects has often been reported near nuclear warhead storage areas, but this discovery - like other discoveries - does not have a strong basis to support it.
Yet Jacques Vallée feels he has won his battle for international recognition of the existence of unknown atmospheric phenomena. In this regard, he said, "For 3 years, the press in the United States has dealt with this subject without adopting a satirical tone, and the Washington Institute has recognized the urgent need to publish the archives and allow scholars to evaluate and criticize them."
Serious treatment of this phenomenon began after the disclosure in December 2017 of 3 video clips filmed by US combat aircraft in November 2004, during training off the city of San Diego on the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier. The videos - which were initially "leaked" - were certified by the US Navy in November 2019.
A month ago, NASA Administrator Bill Nelson asked, "Who am I to say that planet Earth is the only home to a civilized and organized form of life like ours?" "These objects. We hope it is not an adversary on Earth that has this kind of technology."
In addition, last June, the Pentagon released a report acknowledging the existence of 144 unexplained phenomena between 2019 and 2021. However, specialists believe that this number does not reflect reality.
Immediately after the Pentagon report was released, China issued a statement citing regular incursions of UFOs into Chinese airspace, and acknowledging this as a security concern.
Between the Senate and the Intelligence
All of these developments led to a bill in the US Senate, led by Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Republican Senator Marco Rubio, to create an official body to deal with testimony about UFOs.
A few weeks ago, Avril Haines, Director of the US National Intelligence Agency, announced - during a press conference - that "there is an issue related to security and understanding phenomena beyond our control, and we necessarily ask ourselves the following question: Is there something we do not understand that would be extraterrestrial?" ?".
These statements revolutionized the communication options for the deep state in the United States. "It is clear that the Pentagon leaked the videos to prepare public opinion for a new approach to these questions," said Alain Joulet, a former chief of the General Directorate of External Security.
"This is the first time that an Avril Haines official in the intelligence community has acknowledged the existence of this phenomenon, and the possibility that it comes from outside the planet," said Dominique Felhaul, who interviewed US, Canadian and French officials.
Observers believe Avril Haines wanted to pull the rug out of the Senate by proposing solutions that remain under Pentagon control, knowing that Kirsten Gillibrand and Marco Rubio want an independent commission capable of fully cooperating with the scientific community.
Information groups in 20 countries
The question arises: Is this transformation linked to the conviction of the need to prepare now to live with the new intergalactic reality? In France, neither the intelligence services nor the army nor the councils interfere in this matter. Alain Joulet confirmed this by saying, "As far as I know, there is no UFO office in the General Directorate of External Security."
In answering this question, the Communications Officer at the General Directorate of External Security said that he was not qualified to comment on this issue, referring to a group of studies and information related to unknown space phenomena that belong to the National Center for Space Studies, which was established in 1979.
Based on the model of the collection of studies and information on unidentified flying objects and other relevant agencies of the world, spread out in 20 countries, the US Senate wants to create its own agency.
The French office lists testimonies on this subject with the help of almost all volunteer experts. "We have between 800 and 1,000 reports a year on average, 80% of which are confidential," said Vincent Costis, the group's new head. It should be noted that the supervisory authorities do not always take the work of this office seriously.
