Chicken pasta  From the Greek cuisine  Ingredients  1 pound penne pasta, Salt extra, virgin olive oil, 1 kilo chicken breasts, ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried oregano,2 cloves minced garlic, 1 cup half-and-half (or full-fat) cream, 8 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup crumbled feta cheese,1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1cup ½ , herry tomato halves, ½ cup chopped olives halved, chopped cucumber, ¼ cup chopped fresh dill Chopped, parsley for serving.  Preparation- In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta until done according to package directions.  In a large skillet over medium heat, add enough olive oil, season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper and oregano. When the oil is hot, add the chicken. Cook it until it becomes golden in color, and remove it from the heat.  Add more oil if the pan is dry and then fry the garlic, until fragrant. Add cream half and half, cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts. Add lemon juice and grated peel, then season with salt and pepper to taste.  Add the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber and dill. Stir the ingredients until they are evenly mixed. Garnish pasta with parsley and serve warm.
