How To Make Paneer Fried RiceFirst take boiled rice. After this cut the paneer into small cubes, put it in the cornflour and fry till it becomes crispy. Once done, heat a wok and add oil to it. Add ginger-garlic paste to it, then add the fried paneer pieces. Let the flavors mix. Now add vegetables like onion, carrot, capsicum and mushroom in it. Toss them well.
